Week 2 Tally: 1/11-1/17

7.1 miles in Run-walk drills
2 hours of Strength work
2 hours of extra Cardio (Group Groove)
?? pounds lost (temporarily boycotting the scale)


  1. Maybe you should try measuring your progress with a measuring tape instead of a scale? Sometimes the scale is a liar, but the tape is an accurate reflection of the pounds you're shedding, and how fit and toned you're becoming.

  2. You're SO right but I didn't have one when I started, so I have no idea where I started!
