(Formerly known as: "On the Road to Fitness... a 5K... and 30") I ran three 5k's and a 10k... I turned 30... I ran/walked a half marathon... I suffered a knee injury... I lost and gained and lost and gained weight... now, more than 2 years later, it's time to rehab this knee and tackle a half-marathon, duathlon and triathlon!
Maybe you should try measuring your progress with a measuring tape instead of a scale? Sometimes the scale is a liar, but the tape is an accurate reflection of the pounds you're shedding, and how fit and toned you're becoming.
