
I mapped out a 3-mile road with several inclines near my house, and went for it. Running at a slow pace, I ran 0.7 mile, walked 0.1 mile, ran 0.4 mile, then walked a mile back home.

(Formerly known as: "On the Road to Fitness... a 5K... and 30") I ran three 5k's and a 10k... I turned 30... I ran/walked a half marathon... I suffered a knee injury... I lost and gained and lost and gained weight... now, more than 2 years later, it's time to rehab this knee and tackle a half-marathon, duathlon and triathlon!
